I specialize in beach portraits of families, children, and high school seniors. In addition, I use beach portrait sessions for engagement photos. Naples, and Marco Island have many great beach locations with beautiful rock jetties, and natural foliage. Based on the time of year, and the size of your family or group, I will take you to the perfect spot.
Every Session Is All Inclusive
I typically do one beach portrait session each day. For best light I start each session about an hour before sunset - The "golden" hour. Sessions last up to an hour, depending on the size of your group.
A photographer has but one true product, the images. Accordingly, with every beach session I photograph my clients receive:
- Up to 1 hour of professional portrait photography by Mark Block
- Editing of images for color, contrast, and white balance
- You also receive a full set of beautiful black and white images
- Online photo gallery, which makes for easy distribution and download of your images for families that don't all live together
- Edited digital negatives (jpg files), with print rights - You do not have to come back to me for prints, which is a big plus!
The items you may encounter in other beach photography packages like prints, or print credits, etc.. Those are just high markup items, only serving to obscure deep profits, and I don't use them to inflate my client's portrait investment. If you'd like to purchase hand crafted wall art or prints, instead of making them yourself, I'm glad to custom quote those items, per your specifications.

Beach Portrait Session
My fee represents a commitment of my professional experience, artistry, and approximately 5 hours of time comprising travel, actual photography, and post processing your images. Commensurately, Beach Portraits Sessions are priced as follows:
Beach Sessions:
$595 for up to 12 people.
For groups of more than 12 people, please contact me.
